Mrs. Bhavna Mehta is Chairperson / Director of the Company and has done her graduation in Science. She is having more than 20 years’ experience in fields of commercial and administration operation. She is also having knowledge of investment relating to stock markets and other business activities. She is also looking after the overall administration and day to day activities of the company. She is also a Chairperson & Managing Director of Mehta Securities Limited a group Company since 10.08.1994 as promoter of the Company.
2. Vishwesh D. Mehta (DIN : 00484785) (Managing Director & CFO) (Promoter Group)
Mr. Vishwesh S. Mehta is Managing Director and CFO of the Company and is by profession as Chartered Accountant. He has completed L-2 level of Chartered Financial Analyst (USA) and also done PhD in Finance from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is having more than 15 years’ experience in fields of Capital Market, Equity Research, Accounting and Audit. He is looking after financial and administration operation. He is responsible for spearheading Company’s operations, overseeing and managing growth and synergizing complex operations providing leadership at the helm of organisation. of investment relating to stock markets and other business activities. He is also looking after the overall administration and day to day activities of the Company. He is also a Promoter Group Members of the Company. He is holding directorship in Darshan Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd., Kauntey Finance & Investments Pvt. Ltd. and Zest Investments Pvt. Ltd.
3. Shrikanr S. Kolhar (DIN :02107316) (Non Executive and Independent Director)
Mr. Shrikanr S. Kolhar is a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company. He is 53 years old and has completed Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology and PhD in Economics from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and having more than 20 years of vast experience in the field of Information Technology, Business Analytics and Strategic Management. He is also director in Mehta Integrated Finance Limited a group Company as well as Samkhya Analytica India Pvt. Ltd. and Rightfocus Investments Pvt. Ltd.
4. Rupal Manish Amin (DIN : 10724154) (Non-Executive and Independent Director)
Mrs. Rupal Manish Amin is a commerce graduate. She has 10 years of experience in the business of Jewellery and Diamonds products. She has good knowledge of Accounts and Auditing field as well. She is not director in any body corporates.
5. Mehulkumar V. Patel (DIN : 10746540) (Non-Executive and Independent Director)
Mr. Mehulkumar V. Patel is a commerce graduate. He has 3 years of experience in the business of Jewellery products. He has good knowledge of Accounts and Auditing field and served in pharmaceutical product manufacturing companies in the export division for more than 18 years. He is not director in any body corporates.
